Exterior
The property is situated in an excellent location and boasts wonderful views over the local countryside.

Management
Excellent pre-arrival info provided and emergency contact and tourist information leaflets are provided.

Public Areas
Décor in the two lounges is in excellent order, with the stonework in particular in the left hand lounge, creating an excellent atmosphere. High quality durable carpeting in both rooms, showing no signs of wear and tear. A range of comfortable easy seating with decorative cushions provided including an excellent leather sofa in the left hand lounge. Very generous heating provision from the thermostatically controlled radiators is accompanied by real log fires in each of the two lounges. Excellent lighting levels are provided. Both rooms are of a good size and the maximum number of occupants can easily be accommodated when using both.

Bedrooms
Bright fresh decor in each of the bedrooms with attractive framed pictures to enhance. The high quality carpets are of the same excellent standard as evident in the lounge area. The solid beds are in very good order with excellent firm mattresses, crisp linen and good quality duvets and pillows. Very generous heating is provided.

Bathroom
Decor in the bathroom is of the same fresh standard as the evident in the bedrooms, with the addition of quality tiling in very good order around the bath. Well fitted tile effect vinyl flooring, once again in pristine condition. The white fixtures and fittings are sound and in excellent condition. Excellent heating provision from the thermostatically controlled radiator and good lighting from the two overhead lights.

Kitchen
Very good decor in the kitchen with bright, fresh emulsion and high quality tiling splash around all work surfaces. The tiled floor is of very high quality and is in pristine condition with no chips or scratches evident. The solid kitchen units and quality wooden dining table are in a very good state of repair and offer plenty of work surface space for guests. Excellent heating and lighting provision from the thermostatically controlled radiator and overhead spotlights well placed to cast very effective light over all the work surfaces. Matching crockery, stainless steel cutlery and a very good range of glassware provided along with heavy stainless steel pots and pans, once again in very good condition. The kitchen is spacious and airy and can easily accommodate the maximum number of dining guests.
